Avril is a professional, degree-qualified acupuncturist and Chinese medicinal herbalist, holding a Bachelor degree of Health Science major in acupuncture and Chinese herbs. She is a member of the New Zealand Acupuncture Standards Authority Inc., the professional association for acupuncture practitioners in New Zealand.

During Avril’s time in Christchurch, she has successfully treated a range of sports injuries.

While Avril treats many different conditions, her main area of clinical interest is sports injuries and women’s health problems.
